📜 Terms and Conditions (T&C)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") apply to all bookings for diving courses and activities made on the Djerba Plongée website. By booking an activity or training with our center, you accept these T&C without reservation.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these T&C is to define the conditions under which the diving activities and courses offered by Djerba Plongée are booked and delivered. These activities include introductory dives, CMAS and PADI courses, and other related services.

2. Bookings and Prices

• Online Booking: Reservations can be made directly on our website. To book, simply complete the reservation form and confirm your payment.

• Prices: Prices for activities and courses are shown in euros and include all related costs (equipment, supervision, insurance). Prices may change at any time, but changes will only apply to bookings made after the new rates are published.

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. Payment

• Payment Methods: Payment for training and activities is made online using secure payment methods offered on the site (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

• Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation by the client: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the activity date, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date, no refund will be given.

  • Cancellation by Djerba Plongée: If we cancel for weather, safety, or any reason beyond our control, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

4. Participation Conditions

• Minimum Age: Some activities such as diving courses have a minimum age requirement (generally 12 years or older). Minors must provide parental authorization.

• Health Conditions: Participants must be in good physical condition. A medical certificate may be required for certain courses or dives. It is your responsibility to ensure your fitness.

• Equipment: Diving equipment (suit, fins, mask, etc.) is provided for all courses and dives. If you wish to use your own equipment, it must be approved by our team before the activity.

5. Insurance

All diving activities are covered by diving insurance. This insurance covers accidents and incidents that may occur during the activity. We also recommend verifying that your travel insurance covers scuba diving.

6. Participant Behavior

Participants must follow the instructors' instructions and observe all safety rules. In the event of dangerous or disrespectful behavior, Djerba Plongée reserves the right to exclude the participant without refund.

7. Liability

• Djerba Plongée cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries caused by participant negligence, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of non-compliant equipment.

• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during diving activities.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the Djerba Plongée website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use of this content without our express permission is prohibited.

9. Modifications to the T&C

Djerba Plongée reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. The new terms will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication. The terms applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time of confirmation.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Tunisian law. In case of a dispute, only the courts of Djerba, Tunisia shall have jurisdiction.
